My whole experience from start to finish was was wonderful. Such a calm atmosphere, friendly natured staff that were warm and welcoming. The Optometrist was really good with my 5 year old daughter who was very apprehensive due to a previous bad experience at another opticians. However he was brilliant with her and took the time to ease her anxiety. She actually completed the entire appointment (which I was over the moon about and so grateful for!). He also took time to answer my questions and explain things to me during my appointment.

Hugh and his team are fantastic, nothing is to much trouble, my mother in law and myself neatly tried on every pair of glasses, very patient and nothing was to much trouble, from eye test right through to choosing frames and lenses. Hugh is an excellent optician, very thorough during the eye test, explained fully everything he was doing. I didn't feel like I was rushed at all.
